Easy Operation – Intelligent Line Management for Brückner Maschinenbau

Continually increasing demand for quality with ever shorter delivery times make running a film stretching line a highly complex business. Operating personnel stand before increasing challenges when it comes to guaranteeing a stable and efficient production with the highest quality film. The software suite ›Easy Operation‹ represents a completely new integrated operating concept. The focus is shifted from the usual machine view to the process view. This new, patent-pending approach allows easy operation over just a few parameters. Intuitive navigation is part of the user experience. The central cockpit shows all necessary information at a glance. A drill-down principle allows navigation up to the sensor level. The responsive user interface is realized with current web technology. Assistance systems provide comprehensive assistance in plant operation and guide the operator using predefined, customizable operating steps. The advantage is clear: constant high efficiency and quality.

The project was awarded with the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2020 and was a Finalist of the iF DESIGN AWARD 2021.
